Paediatric Dermatology

Having run the paediatric dermatology service at University Hospitals Sussex for 10 years, Dr Hextall has many years of experience in this area. We assess all skin conditions in children, commonly we will see eczema, skin infections, skin lesions and acne. If there are specific conditions that you would like to discuss, it is always advisable to contact the clinic, and we can assess and advise regarding future appointments and management. Here are some of the more common conditions that we frequently treat: Acne, eczema, pigmentation issues, mole assessment and other skin lesions. We also see and assess vascular lesions in infants such as strawberry marks, skin infections, connective tissue disease and hair conditions.
