Venus Viva

Venus viva is a non-surgical radio frequency devise designed to resurface the skin, improving the skin texture and appearance. It works by tiny pins safely delivering columns of radio frequency, applying heat to the tissue, damaging the existing collagen, stimulating the body’s natural healing response. After damaging the existing collagen, the body begins to repair it by replacing it with new collagen.

Alongside this the radio frequency stimulates the body to produce more of the cells which create collagen. This wound healing response creates a smoother appearance to the skin, plumps fine lines and wrinkles, treats acne scars, and reduces pigmented lesions and textural irregularities of the skin. Some of the common side effects of the procedure are swelling and redness of the treated areas and untreated parts following your procedure, this will last up to 24-48 hours. Some people may experience under eye swelling for the first 1-2 days. You can expect some redness and slight heat for the first 24 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Occasionally this can last few a few days and skin may be mildly sensitive.
